Our dedicated non-woven fabric division operates state-of-the-art production lines equipped with advanced technologies such as spunbond, meltblown, and spunlace processes. From raw material selection (PP, PET, etc.) to final calendering and slitting, we ensure full-process control tailored for industries including medical, hygiene, filtration, and automotive. Specialized testing protocols—such as tensile strength (ISO 9073), air permeability (ASTM D737), and liquid barrier performance—are conducted in our in-house lab. Combined with real-time monitoring systems during production, this guarantees compliance with international standards like ISO 13485 for medical-grade fabrics.
